Case Study - Cafe 63

The Challenge

Cafe63 was transitioning from a supplier in Melbourne that was no longer able to make their table trays. They needed someone local to create and improve the design, which also ensured scalability as they expanded throughout Australia.

The Solution

To ensure Cafe63 would have access to ongoing supply, all timber was sourced through our direct-to-the-mill timber supplier, which also helped to reduce material costs. Our supplier cut and dressed all the timber to size as required, supplying to us itemised on pallets.

Parts were then delegated to appropriate production for laser cutting, screen printing and sub-assembly, before final assembly. All surfaces were treated with a coat of walnut stain and stacked on pallets ready for Cafe63 to collect.

If you have a challenge, we will solve it.
