STANDARD EXPERIENCE

Our one-off package is designed for the average person who knows what they want. They need the machine and the technician to do it. If your project meets some simple requirements (see FAQ below), this is a fast 3-business day turnaround drop-off & pick-up service. We can also arrange return shipping if required.
This package includes the following –
- 30 mins of artwork by our in-house design professionals.
This is enough time to convert a logo to a laser-friendly vector file and prepare a simple brief. - 5 mins of laser processing time.
This may sound like a little, but this is ample time to engrave something the size of a standard smartphone at the highest resolution possible on just about any surface.
The Standard Experience suits the client who…

VIP EXPERIENCE
from $300*
If you’re unsure what you’re looking for and want to talk it out with an expert. Come behind the curtain and work with a dedicated expert 1-on-1 while watching the machines in action as we do it all on the spot with you.
This package includes the following:
- 1 hour of dedicated time with a laser-operating designer.
Rapidly experiment or prototype your project while leaning on our experience. - 10 mins of laser processing time.
Plenty of time to test designs on spare materials or process larger designs. - VIP Priority treatment.
We will try to prioritise these bookings over others where possible. - An in-depth tour of the machines.
We work with you to choose the best processing solution for your project.
The VIP experience suits the client who…
- needs an expert to help find the right solution.
- has an idea to explore with production and design questions.
- doesn’t want to leave their special item alone.
- is pressed for time and requires an urgent turnaround.
Christmas Cut-off: to have your order completed by Christmas, we require all projects to be paid and proof approval made by Monday 18th December.
Our last day of operation will be Friday 22nd December and we re-open on Monday 8th January.

* Includes GST. Additional design blocks for the Standard Experience are charged in $20 inc. GST blocks for up to every 15 minutes beyond the initial product offering. Additional laser time for the Standard Experience and VIP Experience are charged in $60 inc. GST blocks for up to every 5 minutes beyond the initial product offering.
Are there limitations to this service?
As there’s almost an infinite amount of things people ask us to work with, unfortunately, there are certain things we can’t incorporate into this package (either due to machine limitations, complexity or needing substantial time).
- Large objects: Generally our limitations are based on the physical restrictions of our machines. We have a height limit of 35cm, a length limit of 3.21m and a width limit of 2.21m. However if you have any concerns of your item please note them in your enquiry and we will address this with you.
- Round objects: Our rotary (a device that rotates round objects as the laser engraves), is limited by the profile of your item. We may be able to work with the item, but we may need to prepare a custom quote for you.
- Large Round Objects: The rotary device has limits and can often cause issues with the automatic rotation. We are limited to 18cm maximum diameter and 3kg maximum weight. If you exceed any of these restrictions we will need to prepare a custom quote for you with a different delivery schedule.
Is it for a single item only?
The intention of this service is for one item only. However, if you have a pair of drinking glasses or a handful of identical small items that we can lay on the machine bed and process all at once, we may accommodate that into this package. Send through your details, and our team will let you know if additional work is required or if we need to prepare a custom quote for you.
Are there materials you can't work with?
The list of materials that we can work with is almost infinite. The much shorter list is materials we cannot work with or processes we aren’t able to do (due to safety or security concerns, we know our lasers will not have a desirable effect, or they are untested precious materials). These include –
- Vinyl
- Tempered glass
- Borosilicate glass (eg. Heat Resistant)
- Precious metals (e.g. Gold, Silver)
- Volatile substances
- Cutting metals
